Rhubarb is a weird vegetable. A little sour, sometimes sharp, it reminds me of the way lemon works but looks like reddish celery.
You can peel the rhubarb or not, like celery. Diced, it won't matter much either way.
From a totally lazy cook. I believe in using real ingredients instead of processed alternatives.

Brown Betty
The use of applesauce instead of chopped apples adds a shortcut and a moistness to this dessert that I highly enjoy.
Dump Cake
So called because you dump all the ingredients in a pan and bake. I make this more often than any other dessert because it requires so little work.
